The Patent, Trademark and Expert Agency Litváková and Co. provides comprehensive services in the field of Intellectual Property rights (patents, utility models, trademarks, industrial designs, copyright law) to entrepreneurs as well as to individuals. The Agency also provides expert’s activity in the field of industrial property especially the assessment of value of these rights. Our Agency was founded in the beginning of the year 1994.
Through the cooperating patent agencies we mediate protection and administration of the intellectual property rights for our clients also abroad.

Patent attorneys are members of the Slovak Chamber of Patent Attorneys. They are lawful to represent before the Industrial Property Office of the Slovak Republic, before European Patent Office (EPO) in the proceeding of granting of the European patent, before World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and before Office of the European Union (OHIM) in the proceeding about Community trademark and Community designs.
